Marcos Rodrigues

Marcos Rodrigues is CEO of Jamef and an executive with 35 years of experience in management, strategy, and business transformation. Before taking on the company’s leadership, he served on its Board of Directors for six years. Over the past 15 years, he has also worked as an independent board member for companies in the agribusiness, education, healthcare, logistics, technology, and real estate sectors. He holds a degree in Industrial Administration from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. His career combines strategic vision, governance, innovation, operational efficiency, and business development, with a focus on sustainable growth, organizational transformation, and value creation.
