Contributor Terms
These terms apply to all individuals, executives, and agencies who submit content for publication on The Leadership Chronicle.
5.1 Originality and Accuracy — All submitted content must be original and must not have been previously published elsewhere in substantially the same form. Contributors are responsible for the accuracy of the information, claims, statistics, and assertions contained in their submissions.
The Leadership Chronicle does not independently verify all claims made in contributed articles or executive interviews. Views expressed in contributed content represent the opinions of the named author and do not necessarily reflect the editorial position of The Leadership Chronicle.
5.2 Editorial Control — The Leadership Chronicle retains full editorial control over all published content, including the right to edit headlines, structure, tone, length, and formatting. We may decline to publish any submission that does not meet our editorial standards, without providing a reason.
5.3 No Guarantee of Publication — Submission of content does not guarantee publication. Acceptance of payment for a featured placement does not override our editorial discretion — content must still meet our published standards to be approved for publication.
5.4 Compensation — Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributors to The Leadership Chronicle are not financially compensated for editorial submissions. Any paid placement, sponsored feature, or partnership arrangement will be separately agreed upon in writing prior to publication.
5.5 Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest — Contributors must disclose any material conflicts of interest relevant to their submitted content, including financial relationships, employment, or equity interests in companies or products mentioned in their article. Failure to disclose may result in removal of the published piece.
Paid Placements and Sponsored Content
The Leadership Chronicle offers paid editorial features, launch placements, and partnership opportunities for qualified executives and organisations. All paid or sponsored content will be clearly labelled in accordance with applicable advertising disclosure standards.
Paid placement does not guarantee a specific publication date, position, or engagement outcome unless expressly agreed in writing. The Leadership Chronicle reserves the right to decline or remove paid content that violates our editorial or ethical standards, without obligation to refund.
All commercial arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement between the relevant party and The Leadership Chronicle.

By subscribing to The Leadership Chronicle newsletter, you consent to receiving editorial communications, featured article digests, and partner announcements from us.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. We will process unsubscribe requests within 5 business days. Subscribing to our newsletter does not create any contractual relationship beyond the delivery of editorial communications.
