Daksh Dave

Daksh Dave is a software engineer at Snowflake working at the intersection of metadata infrastructure, open data systems, and artificial intelligence. His career spans enterprise AI at MicroStrategy, recommendation systems at Samsung Research, large-scale electronic trading at Wells Fargo Securities, and AI-driven cybersecurity research with Booz Allen Hamilton and Virginia Tech. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, where he developed lightweight intrusion-detection and Zero Trust technologies for connected systems. A published researcher, Daksh has contributed work across AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, privacy, recommendation systems, and emerging computing architectures. His research has also led to ongoing patent work in real-time threat detection and autonomous security enforcement. Previously a technology founder, he is passionate about translating ambitious research into scalable, production-ready systems. Daksh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS Pilani.
