Rakendra Curpad

Rakendra Curpad is a VP of Sales and Revenue Operations at Mercell, Europe's largest public tendering and procurement platform, where I run commercial operations across Europe. Most of my day is spent in the parts of the business nobody notices until they break: CRM governance, pipeline discipline, and the handoffs between sales, marketing, and finance that quietly decide whether a company's numbers can be trusted. Before Mercell, I built and scaled revenue operations at Just Eat Takeaway (Delivery Hero), Printful, and Otrium. I hold an MBA & Engineering degree and I've spent most of my career standing in the seam between commercial teams, trying to make that seam less painful for everyone stuck in it with me.
