Nishtha Jain

Nishtha Jain is an enterprise strategy and innovation leader who builds AI-powered platforms that help global biopharma R&D teams find their next breakthrough at one of the world's largest biotechs. As Global Search Platform Leader at CSL, a biotherapeutics company serving patients in over 100 countries, she is shaping how enterprise R&D teams discover, evaluate, and act on high-impact external opportunities across immunology, hematology, and beyond leveraging AI intleiigence. Her work sits at a critical junction: connecting therapeutic-area strategy with the digital infrastructure needed to build a future-ready innovation portfolio. Before CSL, Nishtha served as Head of Innovation and Digital Technology at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she led enterprise-wide digital and data initiatives that harnessed AI and emerging technologies to improve patient and healthcare outcomes across the pharmaceutical value chain. Her career also spans leadership roles at GSK, Biogen, Thomson Reuters, IQVIA, DrFirst, and Accenture with close to two decades of experience spent learning how large, regulated organizations actually change.
