Joshua Arnold is an enterprise AI and technology transformation executive with more than fifteen years of experience helping organizations modernize complex operations across financial services, professional services, healthcare, infrastructure, and open-source technology. He has held leadership roles with The Linux Foundation, Endava, and Bank of America, guiding initiatives involving banking platforms, payments, fraud prevention, cloud and platform modernization, enterprise delivery, and AI-enabled operating models. At The Linux Foundation, Joshua supports the Tazama open-source financial crime project, helping translate complex technology into adoption, implementation, governance, and measurable business outcomes. His work focuses on moving emerging technologies from promising demonstrations into governed, production-ready capabilities. He has also completed applied AI studies through MIT covering generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents, workflow automation, predictive modeling, and responsible AI adoption.
