Artur Ledowski is Senior Director of Enterprise Growth and Commercial Strategy at TELUS Digital, responsible for leading global account management and new logo acquisition across enterprise clients. He oversees director-level teams driving commercial performance, strategic expansion, and large-scale customer experience transformation programs.With a foundation in industrial and electrical engineering and early career experience in data, analytics, and technical systems, he brings a systems-level approach to customer experience and operations design. Over the past decade, he has moved from engineering and BI roles into senior leadership positions across consulting and BPO, combining technical depth with commercial execution. His core expertise lies in AI-enabled contact center transformation, omnichannel CX design, and operating model innovation for global enterprises. He has partnered with some of the world’s largest brands across multiple regions to redesign customer service ecosystems by integrating automation, AI, workforce orchestration, and digital channels into scalable service architectures that improve both efficiency and customer outcomes. He is focused on building next-generation customer experience organizations where AI, data, and human service delivery operate as a unified system.
